Recommended Use
1 level scoop = approx 20g.
Use approx 2 grams per kg body mass. i.e.: For 80kg weight use 8 scoops (160g) per serving. Mix to taste. Approx 100ml (½ cup) of low fat or skim milk per scoop is recommended. May also be mixed with water for those wishing to avoid milk (taste will not be quite as creamy as when mixed in milk).
Take 1 serving directly after each training session (the sooner the better) - preferably within 10 to 20 minutes. Take an additional 1 to 2 servings per day between normal meals according to diet plan and intended objectives. It is recommended that you analyze your total dietary intake and aim for a total intake of around 2g protein per kg BM (body mass) per day.
