Description
Modern lifestyles make it difficult for most people to eat balanced, quality meals. This is worse for anyone with higher nutritional demands (e.g.; athletes), and those who have limited training time and therefore need to extract the maximum improvement out of each session. The two Metab-Elite formulas are both superior quality, performance orientated Meal Replacements for rapid muscle development & energy boosting during and after strenuous exercise. Formulated with FiT’s highly bio-available, low fat, sequential breakdown, multi-protein blend, Complex carbohydrates, Omega essential fatty acids (EFA’s), vitamins & minerals, plus proteolytic enzymes, prebiotics, anti-oxidants, adaptogens & electrolytes they both help to accelerate metabolism and support high intensity training needs.
Unique to the Metab-Elite formulations is the incorporation of FAME TM (FiT Active Metabolic Enhancement), which incorporates proteolytic enzymes, prebiotics & adaptogens to promote ultra rapid protein and carbohydrate conversion into muscle tissue and energy. Used as directed, Metab-Elite is absorbed much more efficiently than a normal solid meal, thus maximising the benefits of replenishing nutrients during the post-training window and helping maintain a positive nitrogen balance. This further helps prevent chronic fatigue (“burnout”) and catabolism (muscle breakdown), which in turn enables more frequent and more efficient, quality training sessions, with correspondingly reduced recovery time, greater athletic performance improvement, muscle gains and fat loss.
Metab Elite 40 is especially suited to athletes or individuals with high energy as well as high strength demands, (e.g.; rugby players, swimmers, cyclists, adventure racers etc).

Metab-Elite 60 is more suited to athletes who still need the high protein but who are less energy intensive or who get sufficient carbohydrate energy from other dietary sources. Also suitable for anybody who is lacking dietary protein and therefore needs to make up a protein shortfall.

Suitable for long term use. Very pleasant taste – Contains NO sucrose, glucose, colourants, preservatives.
Recommended use

Note: 1 level scoop = approx 20g. Mix to taste with low-fat milk, skim milk or water – thick mousse or creamy shake. Muscle gain – Use approx 1gram per kg body mass. i.e.: For 80kg weight use approx 4 scoops (80g) per serving. Take 1 serving directly after each training session (pref within 10 to 20 minutes). Speed / Power athletes (e.g.: Swimmers / Rugby players) - 1 to 2 servings daily, directly after training and /or between normal meals. More frequent (but smaller) servings are preferable to less frequent (but larger) servings. See also FiT Beta Accelerator Mk2.
