The only way to lose weight is to get into the habit of taking in less energy than you expend. This forces the body to turn to its fat stores for energy. This can be achieved by either (1) reducing energy (food) intake or (2) increasing energy output. Recommended Use

1 Meal = 1 rounded 50ml scoop per 50 kg body mass. Mix to taste with skim milk or low fat milk or water. Either thick (mousse) or mixed with 100ml to 200ml (½ to 1 cup) of milk for a “lite” shake.
