Shaun Rubenstein

Shaun has been an ardent user of FiT supplements since the middle of 2004. As a junior canoeist, he competed in all forms of the sport, from sprints to river marathons. He was a member of the South African junior sprint and flatwater marathon teams, competing internationally and his best junior result was at the 2001 World Marathon Champs where he won a bronze medal Competing at the Olympic Games. He has been competing internationally at senior level since 2002 and his best results in the sprinting arena came in 2006 when he made the 1000m K1 A-final at the World Championships in Hungary, finishing 8th overall. The highlight of his career, however, was definitely winning the World Title, in September 2006, at the World Marathon Champs. He competed in both the K1 event, winning the gold medal and the K2 event, where he won the silver medal with his partner Shaun Biggs in a sprint finish with Marathon legend Manual Busto and his K2 partner.

Bridgitte Hartley

Bridgitte has been fullfilling her dream while using FiT Supplements since the beginning of 2008. She has been paddling for South Africa since 2006 in sprint kayaking and marathon.  Originally from Richards Bay, KZN, Bridgitte is now based in Benoni where most of her training takes place.  She spent a lot of the beginning of her kayak training in Pretoria where she studied at TUKS. Her best sprint results internationally have been in the 1000m K1 2007 World Cup events where she placed 10th in Croatia and 5th in France.  At world champs in 2007 in Duisberg Germany Bridgitte finished 5th in the 1000m K1. By far the highlight of her career so far. She is currently training for the Olympics in Beijing.
